Amarone DOCG

70% Corvina Veronese, 20% Rondinella, 10% Molinara.

Intense ruby ​​red colour.
Complex with hints of plum jam and balsamic on the nose.
A robust and harmonious body, slight notes of blackberry jam, black currant and chocolate stand out on the palate.

Ideal with dishes with a strong flavor, such as roasted red meat, braised meats, game, grilled meats, very seasoned and spicy cheeses.

 

Amarone Classico DOCG

70% Corvina Veronese, 15% Molinara, 15% Rondinella.

Deep ruby ​​red colour with slight garnet reflections that intensify with aging.

An intense scent, with characteristic hints of red fruit jam, black cherry that closes with hints of vanilla.

A obust body with great impact, harmonious, velvety, round, warm, with slight notes of oak, toasted and spices. The final note is characterized by a long persistence.

Pairs well with all red meat dishes, even the most elaborate and tasty, with aged cheeses and typical Italian cured meats.

Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso DOC

70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 10% Molinara.

Purple red colour with deep and intense reflections.

Great intensity and impact on the nose; shows sensations of ripe fruit reminiscent of cherry, combined with notes of raspberry jam.

A robust body with great texture; has excellent balance and persistence. Hints of dried plums, vanilla combined with light spicy notes.

The persistence is prolonged by pleasant sensations of toasted oak.

Pairs well with all red meat dishes, even the most elaborate and tasty, with aged cheeses and typical Italian cured meats.

 

Corvina Rosso Veronese

100% Corvina Veronese.

Intense ruby ​​red colour.

Spicy, toasted and red fruit notes.

Pleasantly dry, structured and intense with hints of ripe red fruit.

Ideal with savory meats, stews, and seasoned and spicy cheeses.

Nero d'Arcole DOC

80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% “Secret of the Enologist”.

Deep red colour.
Fruity and pulpy scent. Notes of cherry, cocoa and tobacco stand out, accompanied by spices.
Boasts an exceptional power and radiant gustatory persuasion on the palate. Soft and persistent, pleasantly tannic with flavors of jam.

Ideal with meat dishes, even grilled, with game and aged and spicy cheeses.

 

Peta-Ciato rosso Molise Riserva DOC

85% Montepulciano, 15% Aglianico.

Intense ruby red colour with violet hints.

Notes of jam, mature red fruit with hints of vanilla and spices.

Pleasantly tannic, vevelety, round and tasty

Recommended with grilled meats, roast lamb, jugged hare and very seasoned provolone. Pleasant even on its own.

 

Peta-Ciato bianco OSCO IGT

50% Pinot Grigio 30% Chardonnay 20% Malvasia.

Bright straw yellow colour fading to green.

Delicate, pleasantly fruity with floreal, notes of ananas, lime flowers.

Pleasant,mineral and well balanced palate.

Enjoy as an appetizer or with fish, white meats, thick soups, egg-based dishes and pasta.
